Passed away suddenly on July 28, 2015 at the Hastings Hospital, with family present. Aged 76.

Dearly loved husband of Pamela. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Noelene and Jim Hill (Dannevirke), and the late Fred. Respected step Dad of Tony and Anne (Aust), Darryn and Lorna (Karamea), Troy and Kirstin, Nadine and Paul (Aust). Loved uncle of Michael, Maurice, Kane, and Reena.

Thanks to John’s friends and especially Shirley for their wonderful support during John’s illness.

A celebration of John’s life was held in the Dunstall Memorial Chapel, Edwardes Street, Napier on Friday, July 31 at 11.00am. Followed by private cremation.
