Peacefully on July 16, 2017, at Atawhai Residential Village, Taradale.

Dearly loved husband of the late Ida and loved father and father in law of Carol, Denise and Bill, and Terry and Linda. A loved Grandad and great-Grandad.

A heartfelt thanks to the staff and residents at Atawhai for their friendship and care of Jack.

A family service for Jack was held in the Dunstall Memorial Chapel on Wednesday 19 July 2017.
