P assed peacefully on 28 th  August with family at his side at Princess Alexandra Retirement Village, Napier. Dearly loved husband of Jan.  Loved father and father-in-law of Angus and Judy, Duncan and Sue. Cherished Grandpa of Olivia, Phoebe, Braydon, Jake, Georgia and Hannah. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Janet and the late David Heinemann (Wellington), Donald and Joy McKinnon (Dargaville) and brother-in-law of John and Claire Reid (New York).

A full and happy life

A celebration of Hamish’s life was held at St Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Tennyson Street, Napier on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at 1pm.  A private cremation followed.
