Aged 91 years.

Dearly loved husband of Pamela for 69 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Carole and Adrian, Mandy and Patrick, Julie and Lui, and Andrew. Grandpa to 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

A celebration of Malcolm’s life will be held at the Trinity Methodist Church, Napier on Friday April 19, 2024 at 1pm.

Grandpa will never be forgotten he set the standard on how a person should look after their family putting their needs aside to ensure the safety and well being of the love ones.my world truely got alittle darker with out his guiding light shining.thank you grandpa for being a positive male role model in my life. Love you more than words could ever exspress.

To all our family we send you all all our love and condolences. I Can still picture Granpas cheeky smile when he would get in a little trouble from Granny and her saying Malcom......... and he would just look at me and give me a cheeky grin which would make me smile and he would say " oh Dear life". I'm proud to say he will always be my Granpa and the oldest and coolest person I personally known to live this long, well done Granpa. Today is the day we will mourn for you but also remember that we have lost such a lovely, humble, well loved and cherished young fulla and will keep your memory alive. Rest in Eternal love Granpa from your Grandaughter Adriana and great Grandchildren Malachi, Maiya-Leigh, Deeziah, Kalani Kemp and Great great Grandaughter Riana-Joy ????????????????.

Hi my name is Chrystal,
I am wanting to say something to both my great grandparents.
First my great pop, we share the same birthday,November the 15th.. every november I would dream about him and on my birthday i would think about him all day.i had to ask my aunty tash about this and she confirmed that we shared the same birthday.
What comes to mind when i think of my great grandfather is our special bond and when greeted i would end up with his stubble rubbed on my face. As a child i hated it.
As i grew up and didnt see this side of the family it became a memory that made me smile or cry.. i now say a prayer and wish him happy birthday.

To my great grandmother,
I always thought of you as a nice, classy lady with the cleanest house i had ever seen. Wooden walls with interesting pictures and figurines, the sounds of birds, roses or flowers in the backyard. You had wonderful blowdried hair, i dont know if your hair was naturally made with such volume but i always thought you looked lovely x i am thinking of you too xx love you xx
