Peacefully on May 25, at Atawhai Elder Care Centre, Taradale, Napier, in her 97th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Herbert ("Bert"). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Gilbert and Pauline, Linda and Graeme Hansen, and the late Ashley. A cherished Grandma to Tim and Jo and Jamie and Erin, and Great Gran to Laura and Kate and Ben and Phoebe. Heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Atawhai, whose dedicated and loving care have meant so much to Evelyn and her family. A service for Evelyn was held in St. Andrew’s Hall, Atawhai, 421 Gloucester Street, Taradale, on Friday May 31, at 1.30pm. All messages to the Howell Family c/- PO Box 1055, Napier 4140.
